  • Delivery schedules are subject to the courier partner’s operational policies.

7. Delivery Issues

  • LagavaCart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, re-delivery or cancellation may be initiated as per courier policy.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • For missing items or damaged products after delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with order details and images.

9. Change of Delivery Address
  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, address modification requests may not be possible.

  • Currently, LagavaCart does not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned.
